Janie Sullivan
I am a freelance writer, educator, and trainer. I have published articles in the Adjunct Advocate, Business Startups, and numerous newspapers including the Missoulian, the Mesa Tribune, and the East Valley Business Times. I have been teaching adult learners since 1990 at both the community college and university levels and my career as faculty trainer started in 1998.
I wrote the entire curriculum for a 21-course certificate in Online Teaching Strategies and currently teach those courses online for faculty in both public and private schools. My current project is a book based on the curriculum for this certificate.
I recently co-founded the Institute for Instructional Excellence, an online training company devoted to custom learning systems and programs. We offer online courses in teaching strategies, creative writing skills, and lifestyle coaching.
